A YOUTH boxing champ who has battled complex disabilities has sent out a message of support to pupils as they move on from secondary school to make their way in the world.
Rhys McCole, who now has a modern apprenticeship in business with the council, fronts a number of campaigns to support teenagers.
He was asked to record a video message for teens who have just received their end of year grades.
Rhys said: "If I could send a message to my 16-year-old self I would say, work hard, but remember your exams don't define you, you do."
