A GREENOCK man charged with vandalising a woman's front door during an alleged disturbance at her town centre flat has been ordered to stay away from her.
Colin McIver is said to have behaved in a threatening or abusive manner, shouted, swore and acted aggressively whilst on bail regarding another criminal matter.
Prosecutors say he struck a glass door with a set of keys before punching and damaging the door on September 1.
McIver, of Belville Street, pleaded not guilty through lawyer Aidan Gallagher and was allowed bail.
The case will call again in January.
