A LOCAL Christian Aid stalwart says young people in Inverclyde have an increasingly international outlook.
A survey carried out by Christian Aid has shown that adults under 35 feel more connected to their global neighbours.
Seonaid Knox, an elder at St John's Church in Gourock who is a Christian Aid supporter, said: "I think younger generations are increasingly aware of our global connectedness.
"Taking climate change as an example, they realise that our actions here in Scotland and the UK directly impact the lives of our global neighbours."
