Inverclyde Shed have recently employed a new member to act as 'pest control' - a friendly domesticated duck named Donald.
The cute helper belongs to Inverclyde Shed member Susie Gormley Mitchell and has been helping the group at their gardens on Shore Street.
The group that focus around people facing isolation, anxiety and loneliness learn from one another through peer-to-peer support and by having fun working on projects that benefit others.
Owner Susie said: "Donald is really friendly, he loves being around people.
"I rescued him and now we come down to Shore Street and he looks around for all the slugs where we're growing vegetables.
"People love to have a cuddle with him, he's really calming."
