GREENOCK SHERIFF COURT
TWO men have appeared in court charged with attacking another male to severe injury on a Greenock street.
Furhan Rafiq, 42, and Rizwan Rafiq, 41, are accused of knocking the man to the ground and repeatedly punching and kicking him on the head and body.
The alleged assault is said to have taken place on East Crawford Street on June 26.
Both men, whose addresses were not given in court, have pleaded not guilty through lawyers Aidan Gallagher and Gerry Keenan.
The case is due to call again next February.
