A GREENOCK man charged with verbally abusing his partner during an alleged disturbance at their home has been ordered to stay away from her.
David Wood, 52, is also accused of assaulting a police officer, struggling violently and being in possession of cannabis within the Minerva Terrace property last Thursday.
Wood pleaded not guilty through lawyer Derek Buchanan at the sheriff court was allowed bail to an address on Dalriada Terrace on condition he does not approach or contacting his partner.
The case is due to call again in January.
