A LIFE coach mum has been helping hundreds of families to get through the Covid-19 pandemic.
Gourock mother-of-three Marion Morrison has teamed up with a local project to run a four week parenting course.
She hopes she is giving local mums and dads the tools they need to lift them up and get through the crisis.
Marion receives hundreds of messages from struggling parents every week as they try to find a way to deal with daily hurdles.
She said: "When someone contacts me and says their child is stressed or not coping, I know it is the parent who needs the support because they are stressed.
"If you support the parent, you support the children.
"It is about picking the parent up and giving them what they need.
"I am a positive person and I will always show up for my clients.
"I think you have to be up and organised yourself, have your own time, so that you are giving yourself space to deal with what comes up with the kids."
Marion suffered tragedy with the loss of her son Isaiah, who was born at only 25 weeks.
She has devoted her life to building people's confidence and her Invincible Grit business has clients all over the world.
But the mum remains devoted to helping in her own community.
Through a new link with the local Kidron Project she is helping parents adjust to life during the virus.
She said: "The pandemic has thrown up many challenges for people.
"The key to my coaching is I never, ever judge anyone and I love the hell out of them.
"I am a positive person and I want everyone to succeed."
