VETERAN fundraiser Tommy 'The Clown' Armstrong has thanked a kind-hearted member of the public for a priceless gesture.
Tommy had been out shopping at Morrisons in Greenock and at the supermarket's petrol station on Monday evening, but realised on Tuesday morning that he had lost his wallet.
The charity campaigner quickly made his way back to the store and was thrilled to discover that it had been handed in.
Tommy wants to thank the kind member of the public for returning it.
He said: "I felt total panic when I realised I had lost my wallet. I was so relieved when it was handed back to me.
"Thank you so much to whoever was kind enough to return it."
