AN ALLEGED flasher has been charged with twice exposing herself to her neighbour.
Alyson McArthur, 53, is accused of intentionally exposing herself in a sexual manner to the man within a common close.
Prosecutors say she opened her clothing to show her naked body to him when she knew he was observing the area via a remotely controlled CCTV system.
Ms McArthur is said to have committed identical alleged offences on September 18 and September 20.
She appeared on an undertaking at Greenock Sheriff Court and tendered pleas of not guilty through lawyer Gerry Keenan.
Ms McArthur, of Wemyss Bay Road, Wemyss Bay, was allowed bail by Sheriff Andrew McIntyre on condition that she stays away from her neighbour.
The case is due to call again on April 13, ahead of a trial scheduled for May 17.
