PROPERTY prices in Inverclyde fell by more than six per cent in the last year.
Figures in the Walker Fraser Steele house price index show that in September 2019, the average price of a house in Inverclyde was £130,031.
In September 2020, this figure slid to £122,067 - a 6.1 per cent drop.
The average price of a house in Scotland increased by three per cent over the last 12 months to reach £189,452 - £5,530 up on September 2019.
