Greenock Sheriff Court
A MAN charged with having indecent photographs of children over a ten-year time period is now set to stand trial at Greenock Sheriff Court in the new year.
Thomas Brankin, 43, is said to have taken, or permitted to be taken, images or pseudo images of youngsters.
Prosecutors say he had possession of the alleged images between October 1 2008 and August 30 2018.
Brankin, of Wemyss Bay, has maintained a plea of not guilty at the latest pre-trial calling of the case.
A jury is due to beginning hearing evidence on the matter on March 9.
