A HELPLINE set up to support vulnerable residents across Inverclyde during the pandemic is now available seven days a week.

The service, run by Inverclyde Council in partnership with CVS Inverclyde, is being extended due to tighter lockdown restrictions and increased demand from the public.

The helpline received 400 calls last week.
