THE vaccination of Inverclyde's over-80s against coronavirus is continuing with clinics also taking place at weekends.
Port Glasgow Medical Centre was one of the local surgeries inoculating patients on Saturday morning and said the session had gone brilliantly.
They said: "One hundred and fourteen of our oldest patients over the age of 80 were vaccinated against Covid-19.
"As soon as we get more vaccine our next oldest patients will be called.
"Community nurses will immunising the housebound shortly."
