A GREENOCK man breached a night-time bail curfew by targeting a house in the town, it is alleged.
Christopher Rodgers is said to have made threats and stated that he was in a possession of a hammer.
Prosecutors say he repeatedly banged doors at the house on Hillside Road, looked through windows, shouted, swore and threatened to break down a door.
Rodgers, of Roxburgh Avenue, is further accused of giving a false name and date of birth to police in an alleged attempt to pervert the course of justice.
He is said to have later made threats of violence within a police vehicle.
The alleged offences are said to have been committed on November 10 last year when Rodgers was on a curfew to remain within his bail address between 7pm and 7am each day.
He has pleaded not guilty through lawyer Aidan Gallagher at the sheriff court.
A trial is due to take place on February 22.
