Registers of Scotland house prices
THE average price of a house in Inverclyde in December 2020 was more than nine per cent higher than a year beforehand.
Figures presented in the UK House Price Index show than in December 2019, the average pricetag was £98,515.
In December 2020, the price rose to £107,752.
The index shows that the average price of a property in Scotland in December 2020 was £162,983.
