INVERCLYDE'S day centre for adults with learning disabilities is currently only open to a handful of service users.
The Fitzgerald Centre in Greenock is running at about 20 per cent of its capacity, based on risk assessments during the pandemic.
The majority of people continue to rely on support from outreach workers instead.
