A MAN was arrested following a disturbance at a shop in Greenock's Lynedoch Street.
The 20-year-old was allegedly shouting and swearing and throwing items at staff in Usave around 6pm on Thursda.
He now faces prosecution.
Area commander Chief Inspector Paul Cameron said: “This is a disgraceful alleged incident against shop staff who are out working and trying to provide an essential service during the pandemic."
