A GREENOCK man has been charged with possession of an offensive weapon in the form of a 'wristband with a concealed blade'.
Joseph McCairn, 31, is accused of having the item when he was arrested over the alleged targeting of another man at a house on the town's Grosvenor Road.
Prosecutors say he repeatedly struck the front door of the property with a knife, shouted, swore and demanded that the man come outside on January 30.
McCairn, of Sinclair Street, is further charged with possession of cocaine.
He has pleaded not guilty through lawyer Aidan Gallagher at the sheriff court.
The case is due to call again in July.
