LOCAL girlguides marked World Thinking Day with the support of Greenock businesses.
The Girlguiding Greenock Division celebrated Monday's event remotely, with the emphasis this year on the of peace.
In support, the Beacon Arts Centre and Custom House buildings were lit up in the Girl Guide colours - blue and raspberry.
Angela Darroch, secretary of the Girlguiding Greenock Division, said: "Like lots of organisations we haven’t been able to meet face to face and would have celebrated the event at our celebration service in Greenock Town Hall.
"However, because of the restriction in place, the division executive has been coming up with creative ways to connect with members during these challenging times, letting them know that Girlguiding is still very much part of our local community."
