BROOMHILL tenants affected by a recent boiler breakdown are being reminded to claim up to £30 credit for costs.
Councillor Colin Jackson held talks with River Clyde Homes bosses to make sure it was paid.
It had been previously agreed that if a boiler or heating system broke down and tenants had no hot water or heating then RCH would credit £30 to their meters to cover the costs of extra expenses like boiling kettles for hot water.
The local councillor has urged anyone who hasn't received the sum yet to contact River Clyde Homes or email him directly at colin.jackson@inverclyde.gov.uk
