Greenock Sheriff Court
A GREENOCK man charged with breaching a bail condition by allegedly contacting a woman he was ordered to stay away from has been allowed bail again.
James Smith, 30, of Barrhill Street, is said to have sent 'a quantity of text messages' to the woman on February 8.
He has pleaded not guilty at the sheriff court through lawyer David Tod and is due to appear again on the fresh matter in July.
