Drugs and cash seized after vehicle stopped in Greenock
Drugs and a four figure cash sum were seized from a vehicle in Greenock on Sunday evening.
Officers had reason to stop the car on Arthur Street about 5.15pm after the driver was observed throwing an item from the vehicle.
The individual was found to be in possession of a substance believed to be cannabis and the money was seized under Proceeds of Crime.
As a result, a 36-year-old male will be reported for the alleged offences.
