A GREENOCK man has been hit with a court order barring him from the town's Tesco store amid allegations he caused a disturbance there.
Brian Cummings, 53, is alleged to have behaved in a threatening or abusive manner, refused to leave and entered restricted areas.
He is further accused of shouting, adopting an aggressive attitude and uttering threats.
Prosecutors say he committed the alleged offences last month whilst subject to two bail orders regarding other court matters.
Cummings, of the Inverclyde Centre, pleaded not guilty at the sheriff court through lawyer David Tod and was allowed bail for a third time.
The case is due to call again in July.
