A PLAN to turn the cleared former Kelly Street Children's Centre site into a playground for primary school pupils is facing delays.
Education bosses have reported that the project will be held up until a building warrant is signed off.
Inverclyde Council is waiting for Scottish Water's approval for a drainage connection.
Once they get the go ahead the ground will be landscaped to provide an extra outdoor space for pupils at St Mary's Primary.
