GREENOCK SHERIFF COURT
A GREENOCK man forced open a car with intent to steal from the vehicle whilst on bail.
Allan Smith, 45, targeted a Peugeot 207 on Regent Street on September 4 last year.
Smith, of Weir Street, has also been charged with breaching bail three times in the space of four days by failing to attend at Greenock police office on November 20, 21 and 23 last year.
The matters are due to call at the sheriff court again next Wednesday.
