LOCAL shipping enthusiasts watched the return of Clyde-based minehunter HMS Blyth.
The warship glided into her berth at the Faslane Royal Navy base on Good Friday following two-months of NATO duties in the Baltic.
During that time she has sailed more than 4,000 miles and taken part in four multinational military exercises.
HMS Blyth also visited the Netherlands, Norway, Germany and Sweden, as well as carrying out training in Danish waters.
Captain Nick Gibbons said: "We are delighted to welcome her crew back after a most successful deployment and send them off for a period of well-deserved leave."
