A FILLING station shop in Wemyss Bay could be turned into a hot food takeaway.
The owners of Pearsons in Shore Road want permission to sell food and ice cream until 10pm.
They say they plan to take on four new members of staff in addition to the four already employed at the garage.
Council planners will have to agree to the change of use if the development is to go ahead.
