ARDGOWAN Hospice has been awarded up to £25,000 by Strathclyde Partnership for Transport.
The money is needed for its volunteer car scheme, which sees cancer patients taken to hospital appointments.
SPT says the cash will cover vehicle running costs such as fuel, insurance and maintenance and expenses for the volunteer drivers.
