A GREENOCK man charged with drug-driving is set for trial at the sheriff court next month after denying the alleged offence.
Jordan O'Neill, 25, is said to have had a cannabinoid identified in cannabis in his system after police stopped him on Burns Road in April last year.
O'Neill, of Dalmally Street, had his plea of not guilty tendered in his excused absence from court by lawyer Aidan Gallagher.
The trial is due to take place on June 7.
