THREE schools in Greenock have had to activate self-isolation support procedures due to Covid case links.
Inverclyde Council says Aileymill Primary, Inverclyde Academy and Ardgowan Primary were all affected over the last two weeks.
The council said: "The arrangements for schools and families to support self-isolation to protect the community from Covid cases is continuing, with the schools supporting self-isolation due to reported community Covid cases in the past two weeks.
"Staff and pupils in the class bubbles have required to isolate to reduce the spread of the virus."
