A MAN who assaulted his ex-partner in a flat in Kilmacolm has been fined £640.
James McPherson, 44, seized the woman's legs, pulled her to the bottom of a bed, placed his hands on her and restricted her movement.
McPherson, whose address was not given in court, committed the offence with a property on Moss Road last September.
