A TROUBLED young woman whose mother was murdered when she was just 13 will not be punished for headbutting and kicking police officers.
The assaults occurred after the PCs had gone to 19-year-old Amy Foy's aid at Greenock Central Station as the anniversary of her mum's death approached.
Ms Foy headbutted a female officer and kicked her male colleague on the body despite being told that she wasn't going to be arrested.
Sentence had been deferred last October for her to be of good behaviour.
Sheriff Joseph Hughes admonished Ms Foy.
