A GREENOCK man breached a night-time bail curfew to assault his ex partner and brandish a knife in her home, it's alleged.
Martin McGrath, 46, is said to have pushed the woman and caused her to fall into a television, before smashing the set.
Prosecutors say he also shouted, swore, acted aggressively, made threatening and offensive remarks, brandished an ornament and knife and made threatening gestures.
The alleged incident is said to have occurred within a property in the town centre on April 16.
McGrath, now remanded in custody, has pleaded not guilty through lawyer Ellen Macdonald.
A trial is due on June 9.
