A GREENOCK store has been given permission to extend its alcohol display.
Bosses at Lidl in Custom House Way say the increase was needed due to the fact that the supermarket has been renovated, with shelving units revised in keeping with 'full range' stores.
Andrew Hunter, representing the company at a licensing hearing, said the increase would allow the store to stock Scottish-based craft beer and cider.
