MORTON striker Gary Oliver has today penned a new one-year contract to extend his stay at Cappielow until 2022.
Oliver is the third Ton player to confirm his future at the club after Brian McLean and Kyle Jacobs signed new deals last week.
The 25-year-old arrived at Cappielow in June 2016 to play under Jim Duffy following spells with Hearts, Stenhousemuir and Queen of the South.
Oliver returned to the Doonhamers for one season in 2019 before coming back to Greenock last summer.
Oliver netted five goals in 28 appearances, with three coming in the play-offs to help Ton retain their Championship status.
Defender Alan Lithgow arrived at Morton yesterday to become Gus MacPherson's first summer signing.
