OVER 2,000 houses in Inverclyde are set to access to super fast broadband.
MSP Stuart McMillan has welcomed Openreach's plans to deliver in the area.
He said: "With the pandemic forcing many people to adapt to working from home, pupils relying upon remote learning, and businesses offering more online services, this investment is crucial as we focus on Scotland’s recovery.
"I welcome this announcement from Openreach as it will enable more households and businesses in Inverclyde to benefit from better broadband.
“In total, 2,100 local premises are set to benefit from this investment."
