A COUNCILLOR is calling for an increase in the number of people allowed to attend funerals at Greenock Crematorium.
David Wilson says he's has had complaints from constituents over the fact that the limit for mourners is 20, while people are allowed to go to pubs and gather to watch football matches.
He said: "We have been effectively in tier one for 13 weeks and I believe that the corporate management team at the council should be doing more to persuade the Scottish Government to deal with anomalies.
"We have got to move on."
