INVERCLYDE COUNCIL
THE council is looking to offload the old Crescent Street depot in Greenock's east end.
Municipal Buildings bosses declared the land surplus to requirements last year.
The local authority says it has received an approach from a local businessman inquiring about leasing it.
Councillors will now be asked to give the go-ahead to market the site.
