A MAN and a 17-year-old female are facing sheriff court proceedings on allegations of stealing a belt and hair dye from Oak Mall shops.
Ross McFarlane, 29, of South Street, and his co-accused are said to have committed the alleged offences at Primark and Poundland last August.
McFarlane is also charged with possession of the street valium drug etizolam.
The case has been continued without plea until July 23.
