MORTON bosses have admitted their online ticketing platform isn't up to scratch.
The online purchasing system was introduced in 2017 when new electronic turnstiles were installed at Cappielow but there have been recurring problems since.
Supporters encountered problems renewing season tickets this summer, and Ton's incoming owners MCT say they've made fixing the platform a priority.
A spokesperson said: "Our gmfctickets site has been plagued with issues, which isn’t good enough for a football club in 2021.
"It was already something that had been identified previously as a concern and ticketing remains a priority in the coming weeks and months to ensure the situation is much smoother going forward."
