Greenock Sheriff Court
A MAN who assaulted his ex-partner to her injury has gone unpunished at the sheriff court after attending counselling sessions at Greenock mental health organisation Mind Mosaic.
Piotr Kawa, 38, pushed his victim and caused her to fall to the ground by punching her on the head on March 26 last year.
His lawyer, Edward Sweeney, told a sentencing hearing at Greenock Sheriff Court: "He has had 12 to 16 sessions at Mind Mosaic and has benefitted from that."
Kawa, of Devon Road in Larkfield, was admonished.
