A DEVELOPER appealing a decision to refuse his self-build homes scheme in Gourock is also seeking costs from the council.
Inverclyde Planning Board refused a bid by Ben Barrs, of Inverdunning, for new houses near Rosemount Place.
But Mr Barrs wants the decision overturned and an award of costs.
He argues the council have acted unreasonably and failed to properly address the application and to provide suitable justification for the decision.
