ALMOST 50,000 people in Inverclyde have now received both of their Covid-19 vaccinations.
A total of 49,207 people have been double-jabbed against coronavirus.
The total is made up of 26,652 women and 22,555 men and this represents 78 per cent of the district's adult population.
Mass vaccination centres have been up and running in the area since February and a series of successful drop-in sessions have been held recently in a bid to boost uptake.
