BEACH yoga is building up a following after pioneering classes were launched at Lunderston Bay.
Denise Trayling, the owner of Studio 10 Pilates and Yoga, has been leading classes in the sunshine at the beauty spot.
The yoga instructor has teamed up with her sister-in-law Lisa Boonsanong to run workshops which blend yoga with wild swimming.
Participants enjoy a 45-minute yoga session which focuses on breathing and movement techniques.
After some mindfulness meditation, Lisa then leads the class into the water for a swim.
Denise says she's been thrilled by the response to the sessions.
She said: "Everyone is loving it.
"We've all had such a horrible 18 months and everyone is looking for ways to get back to nature and make themselves feel better.
"We've had an amazing summer that we don't usually get and people want to get outdoors.
"We're helping people to feel alive and invigorated."
The workshops can be enjoyed by people of all ages and abilities.
Denise added: "Yoga and swimming are really good for relaxation and meditation.
"Meditation doesn't always have to be about sitting still on one space.
"With the yoga and the swimming, I think we've created the perfect combination."
