A TOP Inverclyde athlete is taking part in the televised Great Manchester Run tomorrow.
Runner Nynke Mulholland, who achieved Scottish International status last year, qualified to be on the starting line of the prestigious competition.
The 10k race is returning to the city’s streets for the first time in two years due to Covid-19 and Nynke will be racing against World and Olympic championships.
The race featuring the local athlete, who works full-time at Cloch Leisure and Spa in Gourock, will be shown live on BBC1 at 11am.
