A MAN charged with robbing a bookmaker's shop in Greenock is set to stand trial.
Dylan Henderson, 22, is charged with targeting Betfred on East Crawford Street with his face masked.
Prosecutors say he assaulted a male employee by brandishing an unknown item and then jumped over a counter and demanded money.
The case was delayed previously after the sheriff court was told that Henderson has severe heart problems due to what had been termed as 'chronic cocaine addiction'.
Fiscal depute Mark Nicol said: "The only question is the accused's health.
"My motion is to fix a trial."
Henderson, who maintained a plea of not guilty through lawyer Ellen Macdonald, is due to have his case heard on March 14.
