A GENEROUS Gourock mum went the extra mile to raise over £1,000 in memory of her late husband.
Erica Noone took on the virtual London Marathon to raise funds for MND Scotland.
Erica lost her husband Mark to the disease in 2010 and since then she has raised a remarkable sum for the charity in his honour.
She completed 26.2 miles walking around the Inverclyde area, in a time of eight hours and 22 minutes.
Erica said: "The day went really well - I was so glad when it was over, but I did enjoy it.
"I am over the moon with the fundraising total."
