Inverclyde Council
NEW cycle routes in Greenock's east end have been completed.
As part of the council's 'safer streets' programme, stairs have been removed and sections of the path widened on the route between Lady Octavia and Sinclair Street.
Elsewhere in the area, improvements have been made to pedestrian crossings in King Street and Church Street, Port Glasgow.
Work to improve public access to East India Harbour and Mirren’s Shore in Port Glasgow is also under way.
