Greenock Sheriff Court
A GREENOCK man caught with crack cocaine on New Year's Day whilst breaching a bail curfew was the first person of 2021 to be arrested.
Jordan Cunningham, 27, of Bawhirley Road, committed the offences on Lyle Road.
Defence lawyer Ellen Macdonald told the sheriff court: "He was the first custody of the year."
Sentence has been deferred until next April for Cunningham to be of good behaviour.
