A CONVICTED lout who hurled medical equipment around an A&E room at Inverclyde Royal Hospital and assaulted a doctor and two nurses in 2019 has still not paid a £160 compensation order.
Allan Dallas, 51, also shouted, swore and made threatening and abusive remarks towards the two women and a man more than two years ago.
He had been ordered to pay a compensation bill of £160 but the money is yet to be received in full.
Defence lawyer Ellen Macdonald told Greenock Sheriff Court: "He advises that he has paid £100 and offers further payments of £20 per month."
Sheriff Joseph Hughes told Dallas, of the Inverclyde Centre: "You need to complete this — it's not going to go away."
The matter is due to recall in the new year.
